PLEASE NOTE:   CHASE BANK CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS NOT ACCEPTED AT THE MOTEL

IF YOU MUST USE A CHASE BANK CARD, PLEASE PAY EXPEDIA OR AIRBNB DIRECTLY

 (We only accept cards from honest, ethical businesses and Chase bank has been a failure in both regards when dealing with the motel on too many occasions. We don't trust them as far as we can throw them anymore!)


  • LAKE VIEW 1 Queen Bed with Mini-Kitchenette** : $89/night + $5.34tax*  ($94.34/night after tax)
  • 1 Queen Bed without Mini-Kitchenette**:   $69/night + $4.14tax*  ($73.14/night after tax)
  • 1 Queen Bed with Mini-Kitchenette** :   $79/night + $4.74tax* ($83.74/night after tax)
  • 1 Full Bed & 1 Twin Bed with Mini-Kitchenette** :  $95/night + $5.70tax*  ($100.70/night after tax)
  • 2 Full Beds with Mini-Kitchenette (no extra kitchen sink in this mini-kitchenette)** :  $99/night + $5.94tax*  ($104.94/night after tax)
  • Two-Room Suite:  $175.00/night + $10.50tax* ($185.50/night after tax) (Two-Room Suite: Room #1 has 1 full bed & 1 twin bed & it's own separate restroom/shower. Room #2 has 1 queen bed & it's own separate restroom/shower. The rooms share a mini-kitchenette**)


*  The current Kern County Transient Occupancy Tax rate is 6%  (it's a government thing, we have no choice)

**   A mini-Kitchenette is a room (it looks just like a small normal kitchen) with a table, chairs, microwave, mini-fridge, kitchen sink, counters and cabinets. There is NO STOVE WITH BURNERS (they have been disabled to avoid risk of fire but remain in the room for historical exhibition purposes. Please note, the rooms with 2 full beds do not have a kitchen sink or counters.

***The only other charges that could be added to your total would be if you choose to include an add-on such as a folding bed ($20/night), if you'll be accompanied by a pet (flat fee of $20 per reservation, see below for details), if you fail to return your key card ($30) or if you violate the terms and conditions by damaging something, stealing items or smoke inside the room (all rooms are non-smoking and there's a hefty $250 fine so please don't do it!)  Visit here for details: Terms and Conditions


OPTIONS & ADD-ONS

  • Twin-Size Folding Bed**: $20.00/night

The twin-size folding bed is suitable only for ages 3 and over. Do not leave children unattended. The folding bed has a 285lbs maximum capacity.


  • Pet Fee: $20.00 FLAT FEE (no fee for service dogs)

DOGS ONLY.  2 DOG MAXIMUM.  This is a flat fee per reservation. It is not charged per night or per dog. All sizes and breeds welcome. All animals must be supervised at all times. (As much as I'd love to accept all types of animals unfortunately cats, birds, and rodents cannot be accepted due to the owner being highly allergic) ALL SERVICE DOGS WELCOME There is of course NO FEE FOR SERVICE DOGS. (Please note, there is a difference between an "Emotional Support Animal" and a "Service Animal")
